Lorena Gauthereau holds a Ph.D. in English and an M.A. in Hispanic Studies with a specialization in Chicana/o literature. She is currently a CLIR-Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow for Recovering the US Hispanic Literary Heritage, where she is helping to develop digital humanities programming focused on US Latina/o studies, create digital projects, and curate digitized archival material. Her research interests include Chicana/o literature, US-Mexico border literature, Chicana feminism, affect theory, class analysis, postcolonial theory, and the digital humanities.
